Where do I start. Quite possibly the worst job I’ve ever had and I used to work in Primark. They sell you a dream about how the company is for the customer but this company is single handily putting customers in debt. Your nothing more than a loan shark. Unrealistic targets are put on you to collect money from people living on the breadline. If you don’t hit your target management makes you feel awful too much pressure. Encouraged to sell loans to customers who are clearly vulnerable just to hit targets. Can’t recall how many customers I’ve seen cry due to being in so much debt makes you really evaluate life. Micro management makes you feel as though you are being watched even though you are field based. Non stop calls from managers asking you to do a million and 1 things. Pointless 1 to 1 meetings far from your patch.
