Pros
The hours are the only pro I could come up with as the environment is so toxic
Cons
Management plays favorites with a lot of nepotism occurring. They take credit for your good ideas, the COO talks about people behind their backs to her buddies and overall very toxic work environment. This was as kind a review as I could make it
