Your comments help hundreds of candidates to learn more about Provectus. We do have a chance for direct and honest communication with the Leadership of the company. CEO and COO and others host regular All-Hands Meetings where you can ask any questions. Or you can just write them in Slack. Partnership is one of the values. So we communicate with other teams and help each other as we have common goals. We do our best to offer our people a competitive benefits package. Thanks for noticing that. We also are reviewing it at the moment to be even more attractive. Yes, we would love to keep a flat and bureaucracy-free structure as long as possible. But we understand that some main processes must be clear and transparent for all employees. It's our priority for Q2 and Q3 this year.
