Strong engineering culture, real long-term product projects, and focus on quality. Provectus supports internal growth and role transitions - I started as a QA Lead, returned after a break as a Scrum Master, and grew into a Delivery / Project Manager role. There is trust, autonomy, and healthy collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and product. People are professional, open, and supportive.
Cons
As with many growing companies, some processes take time to evolve and scale. On complex projects, alignment between multiple stakeholders can sometimes require extra effort. However, these are normal challenges for long-term product development and are usually addressed through feedback and continuous improvement.
