Near to sec 15 metro station is the only best part about PROVANA, however, this will hardly be of any usuage because of long extended working hours

1. Management - Worst management one can ever experience 2. Only family members in the management positions - MD hires only his relatives to management position because it is a family company 3. Hire and Fire policy - They take enormous time to select the candidate and then hire the same employee within few minutes, if they see that the candidate has more potential and brains than what the management possess. 4. No work culture - They make you work like labourers in a construction company wherein you are not allowed to talk to your coworkers or use washroom or take a little break. If your working hours is less than 9 hrs per day, you will be fired. No facility of washroom, tea coffee etc. Not even basic hygiene is maintained. 5. Rude Family Management - The family members of MD can be rude and insulting to anyone, and they own this liberty as their birth right. 6. Management has No knowledge of how to perform a job with brain. and they expect each employee to work the same way as if they are donkeys. 7. Management still believes in HITLER philosophy. 8. With Provana, for sure, your personal life will be killed. 9. Very high iteration rate due to all above said points 10. Pl, do not ever think of joining PROVANA, if you dont want to run your career.
