these Reviews on here are Hilarious! These reviews ARE DEFINITELY WRITTEN by the OWNERS (3 of em) - who are Obnoxious, rude and Condescending! As long as you're bringing in those sales they're your Best Friend. But the SECOND you're having a bad week they'll be All Over you (Not in a Good way either). I've been working there for YEARS - AND ZERO RAISES. I've been told by the owner, when I've Inquired why NO Raises, "If you want more money, work harder or become a manager." And they DON'T PAY you for Sales that you get. If you return to the Customer a few months later, they have been Signed up with protocall/constellation for months AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID FOR YOUR WORK, but Protocall HAS! The product - constellation energy, doesn't have competitive Prices (Always At LEAST 10-20% HIGHER Than the Utility Energy companies), makes it NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to sell it to business owners who have a Half Of BRAIN and know a little about Energy. Protocall is the king/queen of MICROMANAGEMENT. Also you're SUPPOSED to be a 1099 Employee but are REQUIRED to be at WEEKLY meetings and DAILY conference calls - like I said, don't waste your time. #ShadyCompany

You say that you were with us for years; something must have been working well for you to have stayed so long. In fact, we have team members who have been with us for more than 20 years – surely they don’t feel that the owners are mistreating them. Team members have unsurpassed growth opportunities and no caps on commission, but it’s hard work. Pros

Nearly unlimited commission opportunities. Fortune 100 client providing best in class service. Comprehensive training available in both a structured and unstructured environment (ie…. unstructured means furthering your knowledge and skill set above and beyond if you choose with available resources). This is a commission SALES job. If you don’t have a passion for sales, for learning your product and always understanding a changing sales environment, it will be a more difficult job.

Cons

Because the product you are selling has a market based cost that can be unpredictable, some people get frustrated with things out of their control that makes selling the product more difficult at times and easier at times. People who have a difficult time with this unpredictability or have not put in the time and energy (pun) to understand the product they sell will be more challenged.
