      Great work life balance and company culture. Upper management is easily approachable and available. Limited work travel depending on what client you are on. Company is performing well financially.

      Cons

      Compensation is not comparable to competitors. Feels like the company pressures the employees to take these surveys, resulting in rating higher than deserved. Nature or work is not consulting but internal audit.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
