Pros

Protiviti serves the same clients as Deloitte, PWC, E&Y and KPMG. Protiviti provides you with knowledge tools (KnowledgeLeader and Protiviti University) which are very well built. The quality of relationships with your colleagues and your management is better than in the big four. And time spent at work can enable you to have a personnal life (which is very different than in the big four).

Cons

When you don't work in US, like me in France, you can find that your country should be more considered by US headquarter of Protiviti. We have a lot of technical skills here in France and our level of diploma is higher than in the US, so we should obtain more support from the US headquarter.

Pros

Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

Cons

Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

Pros

Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

Cons

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)
