Pros

- Semi-competitive pay - Friendly people - Exposure to a lot of industries - Employee-first culture

Cons

- Somewhat tricky to switch to other functional areas (tech, risk/compliance, etc.) -- also takes a few years - Not the most sensitive to employee wants re: types of work, staffing is kind of at the mercy of EM wants. - Repetitive work, depending on the functional area you're coded to - Used to have good WLB, in the past 1-2 years or so, the expectation is that you work more (with no pay for overtime--standard for most firms--but still) depending on your team. Some are more laid-back, others are insane. Very EM-driven, so you either get lucky, or you don't.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
