Pros

Some of the nicest and most genuine co-workers to be around and learn from. Tapping into new markets to further the industry knowledge and capitalize on those customers. Great industry that has meaningful impact to the society as a whole.

Cons

Job title could've included 5+ different job descriptions because things changed all the time, and with absolutely no training on new tasks. Bonus/Incentive structure has significantly diminished. Rebranding has left many employees with so many unanswered questions and has caused great and knowledgeable employees to start looking for employment elsewhere. Loss of decades-long relationships with historic customers because they "weren't big enough" (80/20). Senior management brought in without hiring from within has also shown where the companies priorities are. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians is an understatement.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at Prospiant. The team culture is one of the biggest strengths, people are approachable, supportive, and willing to help each other out when needed. Management does a good job of keeping everyone aligned and there’s a clear sense of direction in the company’s goals. There are also solid opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you’re willing to take initiative. The work can be fast-paced at times, but that also keeps things interesting and helps you build new skills quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re looking for a company with a collaborative environment and room to develop professionally.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are ongoing changes, but the leadership communicates and drives us well through them.

Pros

Decent pay (not enough for the horrible culture). Great HR staff to work with. Office staff is great.

Cons

Toxic culture that is driven directly from the Group President. A highly emotional work environment, with spotty accountability. Protect yourself culture (CYA), point the finger to avoid being the villain. Make friends with the Group President, then you are safe. ELT lacks strategic direction- no bonus in 2026, despite people working super hard. Priorities change based on who complained last. Parent company lacks leadership and direction, Very little capital investment, though equipment is old and outdated.
