      1. They have cash money they made from real estate scam in Lucknow 2. Management has money and they can get lot of government contracts 3. They have very good contacts in Government

      Cons

      1. Very unethical company 2. They do not pay on time 3. They never fulfill promise to employees 4. No Promotion 5. No Appraisal 6. They only give importance to real estate fraud projects and not IT company

      Pros

      They have only pros that it is cash rich company which they made from real estate scam in Lucknow. They cheated real estate investors and buyers in lucknow and diverted money in IT company to save their and hide income tax

      Cons

      Poor management unprofessional company They do not give salary on time Fraud company They did many frauds in Lucknow.
