Salary discrepancies amongst employees of the same level are unfathomable. In all the agencies I've worked at, I've never seen such a high number of people resign, many within just a few months of joining. For junior folks, the pay is unreasonable for employees living in major cities like LA and NYC, which leads to a sea of privileged 20 year-olds that get financial assistance from their families. The agency has a very weird auro; HR is constantly going behind people's backs and asking others for POVs into that person. During my time at Prosek, the DEI committee was composed primarily of white women and one African American; consistent with how the agency looks in general.
