      Pros

      I have worked for the company since last 5 years. It is an amazing place to learn. They allow direct access to clients unlike other places I have worked. They are very good at strategy and the team has rapidly grown from 20 people a few years ago to 50 now. Non performers and politics has no role here. Non performers usually spill venom on such anonymous platforms. Most of the critical reviews here are baseless.

      Worst is the founder, who is very unprofessional and will treat you like a house help. It’s a Lala company where all the rules and regulations changes as per the founder and his wife mood. They will hire you immediately, but can fire you as soon as you start speaking for your rights. Irony is no one has taken any legal action against this LALA company owner.
