Worst is the founder, who is very unprofessional and will treat you like a house help. It’s a Lala company where all the rules and regulations changes as per the founder and his wife mood. They will hire you immediately, but can fire you as soon as you start speaking for your rights. Irony is no one has taken any legal action against this LALA company owner.

None that stand out. Just employees are good.

Poorly structured company with policies driven by profit of own. High pressure and no job security employees can be let go anytime. Compensation lacks transparency, so check in-hand salary carefully.
