      Pros

      Ability to work on, promote, and implement resolutions to major industry problems. Each day is new and different, creating a challenging environment that awards innovative thinking. Culture is based on a servant leadership style thats passed from the CEO down Leaders within the organization look to build teams that are strategic and can execute.

      Cons

      Company is in startup stages, and demands a lot more from individuals on a day by day basis. This is not a job for the nine to five time card puncher.

      The tech is very solid and a great balance. The CEO really cares about his employees and goes above and beyond. Full trust and transparency with Nick and CC.

      Cons

      Long hours and go back to two days a week WFH.

      Pros

      Due to Prosrent being in the startup stage you get to learn a lot and you get to do more than you would if you were working for a bigger company. Management has enforced an open door policy to everyone making it easier to communicate with across the board. Everyday you get to do something new and exciting. Everyone is very passionate about what they do and everyone is willing to help.

      Cons

      Due to the company being in the startup stage you have to put in more time, so if someone is looking for a 9-5 this is not a good fit for them.
