No advantage of whatsoever of working in this company for a seasoned professional may be a fresher will have learning opportunities that is it.
Cons
1. CEO is the biggest con treats employees like slaves and has no respect whatsoever. 2. Salary - What Salary ? you will never receive it on time. 3. Somebody wrote for this company that it has open door policy in my experience there is no such thing the CEO will always contact you if he has something to be done but will not listen to you in addition don't expect reply from him on any issues that you may have. 4. You will be pulled in various directions the company is a total chaos and will also be held responsible for jobs which in the first place doesn't belong to you. 5. There is no HR in place so don't expect salary slips, tax or any other pay or job related documents. The CEO who operates from US and of Indian origin doesn't care about it. In a nutshell if you are in dire need of job or have no experience whatsoever only then consider this company.
