Pay could be better Paid Time Off policy is not employee friendly. One week only for the first five years is low. Lack of proper planning by management caused many unnecessary rush jobs. Management constantly told us to slow down and work safe, but constantly put us in a position where we felt pushed or rushed to complete the job.
