Pros

None that i can think off.

Cons

CEO has done a great job of hiring sycophants and expects his team to get in line with what he wants even if it is wrong. He has a PHD in micromanagement and his thesis was in how to best squeeze his employees. Pay is well below the market rate, benefits are terrible, and expectation is everyone acts as if their job is their full life. That said, i do think they will succeed because he will find people who are willing to be cheap labour for his uninspiring company. CEO is French and some of his top leadership is also french and they talk in french frequently in front of the team and in meetings and also the french people are given preferential treatment

Pros

I had a meaningful experience at Propseller, working in a fast-paced environment that pushed me to grow both professionally and personally. The biggest strength is the people; driven, collaborative, and supportive. Leadership is empowering, giving employees ownership and opportunities to develop quickly. The culture encourages learning, resilience, and celebrates achievements. The pace can be intense, with high expectations and demanding periods, but it offers significant growth in return. - Supportive, high-performing team - Empowering leadership - Strong growth opportunities

Cons

- Fast-paced and sometimes demanding
