      Every month hire 30 ppl and fire 15 plus ppl withing 15 days ,bo job guarantee,any time asks ppl to resighn and leave immidiately or within day. They should understnd due to this ppls career goes on stake .but selfish ppl never understand and what ppl can do is just stay away from such company
