The product team is one step ahead of the tech team — they will directly fire you on the last day of probation without any prior notice, don't join as a QA. Getting an offer letter here is easier than leaving the company. Most people end up resigning without another offer — that’s the only way out. They’ll call you for an onsite interview just to show off their nice office but tech team actually sits in a separate, third-rate office in HSR.
