Pros

Great culture, lots of internal training and they pay for industry education & credentials. They also reward hard work with professional growth opportunities.

Cons

If I had to pick one con it is that they give underperforming employees too many chances and it puts a burden on those who are performing.

Pros

**Culture, Flexibility. Work/Life Balance, Support and Training.** PMP supports professional goals with internal training and promotions. I received a promotion after displaying efforts of my commitment and work ethic towards the company's goals. The company cares about it's clients, communities, and employees and it shows in how PMP employees are supported each day.

Cons

The company practices with high service standards and commitments to clients. It's important to have a good work ethic to meet this expectation, and to be organized so you can have a good work/life balance.

Pros

Nice colleagues and some managers.

Cons

I basically left a great company to join this organization, only because I was interested in the Customer Service/Champion position, which I applied, interviewed and accepted. Unfortunately, on Day 1, I was informed that they/the company had changed/eliminated that role and moved me into an Administrative Assistant position. I tried to make the best of this new situation, but unfortunately I was ultimately unhappy and subsequentially left. In addition, as an Administrative Assistant, I basically had to use my own car to pick up lunch for everyone. I was not even reimbursed for the mileage/gas that I had to use in order to pick up lunch for everyone. I did try to ask, but I was informed that since my role did not require me to drive elsewhere, I was not allowed/given access to report those mileage to get reimbursed.
