I met great people there, but they all left due to terrible management and culture in the company.

Management makes mistakes and immediately starts to ghost all communication and blames everyone around. This is so toxic and unprofessional. When someone tries to point politely that the company/culture has problems this person is fired. Forget about work/Life balance in this company. This is the WORST company I have ever worked for. Waste of time and nerves. I don't recommend considering the company for work or investment.

The company is fast growing

The onboarding process is super slow, and sometimes you might not hear back from the HR or the employer. The hiring process is very complicated. Once you're applying for the position, make sure to keep many other offers in parallel as HR is going to drag the process for ages.
