Pros
-Rapidly growing start-up -Room for growth and the ability to make an impact is encouraged from day one -Meaningful work solving complex never-been-solved problems relatively often -Fun, inclusive team environment -Catered lunches -Clothing allowance
Cons
-Only a con for those not used to working in a start-up: Structure and internal policies are built as encountered/needed. Almost a pro though, because employees (at this stage) largely participate in creating these structures. -Lack of formal advancement plan. Again, only a con to those that gravitate toward rigid career paths.
