Pros
At a certain time in PBS they added auditors that randomly listen to you saying the script live to house sellers while youre on a call and the offline calls that have already been done. They would choose 3-6 calls from the almost 400+ calls you make a day and make notes on them and according to them you get a first and second warning i believe then they start deducting 3 days off your salary. You can be deducted for not saying a rebuttal back one time per all the calls per day or not having the right tone of voice on a few calls of the whole day. They treated employees very badly. Even the management part like team leaders and such.
Cons
They dont require high number of leads to get your kpis. But theyre artists in deductions and make meetings just to teach team leaders and auditors how to deduct from agents' salaries.
