Pros
Fast paced environment and a great stepping stone for digital careers. It's a very social place, and you'll enjoy catching up with your colleagues out of work as well, because they hire such amazing people. Management also really invest in rewarding staff, by taking them away for a Christmas party and taking them away to Wales for a mid year party. It is AWESOME! I only left due to moving back to Australia and cried my little heart out when I had to say goodbye
Cons
Long days at times, but you only do that because you love it. Plus, this is agency life, if you can't hack long hours, it's probably not the industry for you. The pros definitely outweigh the cons though!
