Good compensation package with acceptable benefits Some employees are good people

Cons

Micromanagement in the highest degree A toxic CEO who treats everyone badly. Passive aggressive management styles. You’re only taken cared of as long as you’re useful. Once you resign, you’re placed in Siberia. Overworked and no work life balance with messages being sent even on weekends… non stop.

Great leaders. Great rewards system where people get 50% of the surplus income vs target.

Cons

You roll the dice on how you come off to people since they are for the most part WFH, so teams dont really meet IRL that much. You are at the mercy of how you come off to people online
