      - An agency that's going places - Exposure to good work - Talented people at the helm - Good brands for the portfolio

      Cons

      - Not exactly merit-based. Will need to handle certain people carefully. - Way too much of the boring work (banners, social posts) - Need to speak up at the time of hiring to get the pay you desire
