The professional (and personal) growth I've experienced since joining Pronexia has completely and easily exceeded all of my expectations. In the last couple years - I've been promoted, traveled to the West Coast, began consulting clients on new projects, and even checked off a couple lifelong bucket list items. To say I'm excited for the future, is an understatement.
Cons
I've been provided (and continue to be provided) with an indefinite amount of opportunity to evolve and grow as a recruitment professional. And I worked really hard to earn every awesome opportunity that I was provided. If you want to thrive here, you have to hustle - and then the rewards will absolutely come to you. I'm a proven example.
