No cons really that I can think of.

Work life balance The individual contributors are great people

Products fell behind on competition, lack of innovation Middle and executive management are incompetent and inexperienced Lots of politics for such a small company Very little work gets done, company moves at a very slow pace Company does not like to reward people and will find any excuse not to pay They clearly only want to sell the company for maximum value, there is no vision or strategy for the long term No career growth opportunities
