Pros
Flexible schedule and a cool idea for a company: connect community college students with coding skills. It's a great mission.
Cons
-Laid off half the company in October 2023. Laid off employees did not receive any kind of financial support. -There is no HR department. HR duties bounce inconsistently between the leadership team. -The president's wife is the Registrar, which means she pulls a salary for doing data entry once a month. The data she inputs has never been fully correct, but no one can say anything. -Before the layoffs, 4 people (two of whom were on the leadership team) were let go with no warning. They just came to work one day and got let go.
