As a whole, the Data Science team is well structured with an etherogeonous range of seniority (rare for a consultancy firm). Colleagues tend to be very competent in their respective field of specialization. Management is also strong and the company offers a good salary w.r.t. the competition. Good for transitioning from junior to senior consultant.
Cons
Few to highlight, perhaps perks and remote working policies are a bit too strict.
