Pros
Good company culture with lots of fun activities and events, okay benefits, encourage good work/life balance, promotes good environmental practices with recycling/sustainability initiatives and solar panels, promotes ESI/personal growth/DEI/community engagement/etc. Many people who leave for other companies due to salary, etc. have come back (grass isn't always greener/pros might outweigh cons for them)
Cons
Some weird office politics with favoritism/nepotism for promotions/hiring/firing, can be clique-y, low salaries, constant construction/remodeling, stuck in certain way of doing things and not wanting to change due to a "CEO's way or the highway" mindset. Lots of old guard who've been with the company for decades and many newer people but lots of turnover for employees who've been there for a few years due to low salaries/benefits or office politics
