I was hired on as an apprentice at 18 and didn’t know much so I relied heavily on my coworkers to teach me everything and they’ve done just that without hesitation their isn’t a single person in the company that won’t take time to teach someone something they’re all quite pleasant to be around. I have progressed rapidly and love learning new things everyday because it’s never the same thing day in and day out and that’s one of my favorite parts about this job. We have many company outings each year some of which are skeet shooting, go kart racing, golf scramble, and our annual NASCAR race where we sponsor a car and have our company logo all over it and get to go down and watch the race. Now coming up on my 1 year here with Promaster I can honestly say this is by far the best job I have ever had and haven’t had a single day of thinking otherwise.
