Excellent Company to Work For - Project Manager Prolocity Employee Review

I have worked for several consulting firms in my career so far, and Prolocity is by far the best. My whole experience, since day 1 interviewing, has been so comfortable and truly enjoyable. The interviewing process was such a breath of fresh air for me, with management being genuinely interested in who I was as a person, and my background in the industry. Prolocity is a "people first" company through and through. They have many business processes and company structures in place to help employees truly work to the best of their ability, and in regards to managing your workload. This is also a company that has a TRUE work life balance-- you are able to sign off at the end of the day, and not pick up with work until the next morning. I had horrible experiences with this in my last role. I cannot say enough positive things about Prolocity. I feel truly lucky to be a part of this team- Highly recommend!!
