Long hours. Lots of driving. Almost no supervision because you are working midnight till you are done with your route. Not enough training time for new route techs.

There are none unless someone coming out of school wants experience for a short time!!

There is no welcoming letter as to what you are being paid, who to report to if have problems while working, no supplies, mislead as to hiring about being on call. No policies or rules, were given.
