Strong compensation with regular raises, amazing company culture, and good benefits

Health insurance was a little pricey for a family...not much of the premium is covered by Projetech for family plans and there is only one non-HSA offering to chose from so you couldn't chose a less expensive PPO plan to cut down on cost. It's either go with the HSA or choose the super expensive low-deductible PPO, there's no middle ground.

Projetech is the best place I have ever worked. It has the advantage of being an IBM business partner, so there is access to "big business", but it also has the small company feel. Great work/life balance. The work is challenging and rewarding- you are not just a lemming here. Fun is also encouraged with ping pong, foosball, and workout equipment onsite.

No health insurance is a minus, but this should be taken into consideration when negotiating your total compensation package.
