Pros

I would rather say only few are good, but even they have left organisation ....

Cons

Very much assured benefits & the so called management is so wonderful only at the time of joining ( HR, CEO) as an employee you can never suggest anything to these people, you will have to count your days..very much stupid behavior

Pros

Great software! Swedish HQ. Salary decent, yet nothing to write home about. Frankfurt Office (shared office though)

Cons

Where to start. If you want to understand a sales organisation, look at their turnover and attrition rate over time. The sales management at Projectplace in Germany is regularly churning employees and its not hard to see why. If you're currently thinking about joining the company, take the time to browse through LinkedIn to look for ex-employees, there's a never-ending list of people who have all worked at the company and have left within only a short timeframe. The only people staying here are management. I've worked at this place, it was a major mistake. The incompetence of sales management in Germany is hard to beat and not only in technical or professional skills but also on a personal level. Everywhere you ask, everyone only rolls their eyes at the German sales org. What to expect? 1. Bullying is commonly used to pressure people into working hard, only for the best deals to then being shifted away from you and towards the manager herself. Makes management look great indeed and leaves you with no commission whatsoever. 2. Racist attitude. On multiple occasions, the management ranted of people from Turkish or Eastern European descent. It's embarrassing, to say the least. 3. Nepotism. Nothing to add here, people getting hired based on friendship rather than on professional merit. Overall a clear advice for anyone thinking of joining. Don't, there plenty of decent companies who value their employees.

Pros

Very diversified group of people - all kinds of personalities and cultural backgrounds / country of origin. In the technical departments team work is key, we make it happen together and everyone (junior or senior) can influence. Possible to approach any manager (including CEO). Stable and profitable.

Cons

Due to the company size and flatness of the company structure there aren't so many opportunities for a career in regards to promotions to management positions. The stability of the company (been in business as a SAAS since 1998, longer than Google) affects the openness for radical ideas and changes; it's current thriving business might be causing risk aversion (and possibly prevents rapid exponential growth).
