Pros
Good atmosphere amongst employees with everybody sharing common goals. People who put the hard work in are rewarded by the management. There's a real sense that any problems can be aired truthfully to those in charge and that the aim is to make the working environment one which suits everybody's needs and is the most conducive to success. There are also regular training sessions and meetings to discuss ways in which everybody can adapt and improve to try and help those who are less experienced. There is a clear link to hard work leading to huge financial gains and perks for anybody who wants it. Perks: Get Friday's off when deals are done, regular team nights out and a snacks cupboard to keep everybody energised.
Cons
Long hours, people who aren't prepared to work hard and outside of the minimum working hours won't receive the rewards and benefits that the top grafters do, have to be self motivated and willing to put the effort in yourself.
