After our CTO left, nobody took care of tech centrally. Projects went into disarray with the ownertrying to take control of them. Simply said, he's an AI driven guy, who believes AI can do it all, right now. His work ethic includes tons of meetings, and attempts of micromanagement. He cannot take over the projects, it is simply out of his scope, yet he tried too hard. All this stress for working for free.
