Pay is below industry average for the workload. Flexibility is very limited — wfh once a week only if within target range. Unrealistic workload, difficult to earn bonuses. Micromanaged, overly focused on tracking productivity with reporting expected twice daily. Overall, the environment leaves little room for creativity and proper work-life balance.
