Pros
My boss, Kenna, who employed me, was extremely nice from the beginning and stayed that way. My coworkers were polite as well, and the work environment was nice to take care of the plants. I worked hard and immediately got rewarded for it in my paycheck. ProGro sees your work and appreciates what you do on the job. I loved taking care of the plants and getting experience with talking to people and helping them get what they want. You made your own hours, and that was a positive experience because you can work as much as you need/want, and so i worked almost every day.
Cons
Some coworkers really didn’t care to socialize with anyone. I also felt slightly underpaid, but I do understand why $9.25 an hour was proposed due to it only depending on how much you work, personally. It also got extremely hot outside and there was no place in that section that was covered with shade.
