Pros
They encourage employees to continue learning and expanding their skills. They carefully pick employees not just based on their skill set but on how well they will work with the rest of the team. They encourage and support entrepreneurship and the management team is always open to suggestions and new ideas. They pay quite well for a company of it's size, lots of paid time off, and they are willing to make exceptions for their employees when life events happen.
Cons
This is a demanding workplace. If you are looking for a cushy desk job where you perform repetitive tasks that don't require continued learning and growth, then this is probably not the place for you.
