I like my coworkers, steady paycheck.
Cons
This job has taken a major toll on my mental health. It pays the bills but I’m weighing the benefits at this point. It’s too much work for any one person on any given day. Stress free PTO is not stress free. Once you get behind you stay behind unless your work a million overtime hours to catch up. Managers are kind but when your behind they coach you on how to catch up versus helping you. I have really good coworkers I’m grateful for.
