Good health/medical benefits and vacation time. Flexibility to help obtain a better balance between work and home life.
Cons
In this role, you not only supervise and manage people and departments, you are directly involved with the day to day operations and activities. Not uncommon in the nonprofit, however.
You can work a ton of hours and put your life and soul into the company
Cons
The company doesn’t give two cents about its employees or its clients. Closing doors people are loosing homes after 40 years and staff their jobs.
They do not offer any sort of help for staff when struggling with mental health and rather force you to resign
