Cross-functional Collaboration: I get to work closely with sales, product, demand gen, and exec leadership—great visibility and a strong understanding of how the business works. Smart, Supportive Team: The people are genuinely sharp and collaborative. I've learned a ton from peers and leaders alike. Customer-Centric: The focus on solving real problems for CPG brands using eCommerce and digital shelf data makes the work feel relevant and high-impact. Pace Can Be Intense: If you're not comfortable with ambiguity or switching gears quickly, it might be overwhelming. Limited Formal Training: Learning is very hands-on. Great if you're self-motivated, but could be a challenge for someone who prefers structured development programs.
