Pros
Employers are very kind and there is no micromanaging. They are thoughtful and not on your back, so there's a good Work-Life balance when working with them.
Cons
Things can change rapidly and that's always the elephant in the room. They're not as transparent with employees as they could be, especially when certain situations are very on the nose and the entire staff is aware.
