many of the senior leaders have worked at the firm for over 10 years. There is a genuine sense of loyalty, community and collaboration. The firm continues to grow and develop across the APAC region.

The culture will continue to develop as the firm continues to grow - this will be very positive for many people. Some others, may not want to be part of that growth and change.

People are generally very nice and helpful. Has worklife balance. Most of us don't really OT unless we have some urgent assignments to complete. People just come in to work and make money.

Age group are slightly on the mature end, not many youngsters in the company but this means we don't have any after office hour entertainment to attend.
