Pros
- Gives you freedom and flexibility - Relaxed management - If you are great at working independently without requiring someone to tell you what to do, you will thrive. - Generally, founders are generous - Spacious modern office - You can see the company is growing and learning to get better - Once committed and the contract signed you can tell founders deeply care about the customers and quality of work.
Cons
- It's a building company so it comes with roughness nothing like most rogue builders out there but still has some element of it. If you aren't comfortable with straight talk, it will be a challenge. ( not really a con just need to be prepared ) - I work alone so there is no team member in my department to bounce off ideas. - This is a typical building company they know they need marketing but don't understand how it works.
