      Pros

      Good prospect projects and Great Clients. Its a good advancement company for a business oriented professional.

      Cons

      A lot to learn about Interior Design World, Management does not have the know how. Their Design process are mediocre and outdated. The company portraits themselves as a Global firm however they do not have the infrastructure to operate as one.
