Co-workers are friendly and are team work oriented. Job is easy and management isn't always on top of you. Carlos is one of the coolest bosses you will ever meet.

Would like better pay per hour. Some worker don't do their job or mess up constantly but don't get fired.

Great job to get on your feet, plenty of OT, flexible hours

Issues with communication between drivers and dispatch, no support from union, drivers are blamed for everything if something goes wrong and are expendable as there is little job security.
